Hardware cosmetology trends

Skin rejuvenation devices

Hardware techniques are quite popular in cosmetology. They affect all parts of the body and are able to solve various aesthetic problems. Some of them have been known for a long time and are not losing demand. Others are just gaining popularity (due to various circumstances), while some are becoming obsolete and becoming less popular.

In this analysis, we will consider cosmetic procedures performed on different devices. The analysis is conducted based on the service of key phrase statistics and the service of trends. We will identify techniques that have a stable popularity, techniques with declining and growing demand.

Losing popularity

There are not many such procedures, however, they are less sought after among patients. This happened for various reasons, which we will analyze in more detail.

Myostimulation

This procedure involves exposing the muscles to an electric current, thereby strengthening them. This procedure is used to straighten the body without going to the gym. Most likely, the decline in the popularity of the procedure is due to the fact that there are other equally effective techniques, which in addition affect not only the muscles but also the skin, improve metabolism in tissues, due to improved blood circulation (eg vacuum roller massage).

At the same time, the decline is very slow and can be seen in the dynamics over 5 years.

Photoepilation

This is an easy method of high pulse hair removal. Although the method is not traumatic and quite effective, laser hair removal, which is one of the most sought after procedures, is considered to be more effective. Due to that, photoepilation is less and less popular. At the same time, there is a clear downward trend.

Nanoperforation

A procedure involving microscopic piercing of the skin with laser beams. It is performed to rejuvenate the skin (mainly the face). However, there are now more advanced laser rejuvenation techniques that patients prefer to perform more often.

A declining trend has been observed in the last two years.

Microdermabrasion

This is microcrystalline skin rejuvenation. Although it is one of the most delicate methods, carbon and hydro propulsion, which are now gaining in popularity, are replacing this process, which is clearly visible in the trend of the last two years.

Techniques with stable popularity

In cosmetology, most of these techniques are, however, some more popular among patients, others less so.

Popular on the rise

These procedures have been known for a long time, but for various reasons they are becoming popular right now. There are not many such procedures.

Cryolipolysis

This treatment helps fight localized fat deposits through the cold. It is one of the types of hardware lipolysis. The selected area is exposed to cold down to -5 degrees using a special cryolipolysis machine. Moreover, the procedure is painless and fairly safe.

Carbon Peeling

It is a modern method of cleansing and rejuvenating the skin. The main advantage of carbon peeling is the absence of any side effects and a minimal number of contraindications. The procedure is performed using a laser device and takes very little time.

SMAS boot

This is a non-surgical facelift technique, which is why the procedure is becoming more popular every day. The device has an ultrasonic effect, which allows you to cover even the deep layers of the epidermis, which "stimulates" internal processes, restoring the elasticity of collagen fibers. The procedure is performed using an SMAS lifting device.

Hydropiling

Innovative technique for non-invasive skin rejuvenation (mainly facial). For the procedure, the master uses disposable spiral nozzles (3 pieces per session), which delicately clean the skin. After that, multifunctional serums are applied to the skin, thanks to good hardware cleansing, their effect is multiplied, which gives an excellent effect.

Permanent Makeup

This technique allows the use of a special apparatus for making a permanent drawing that mimics real makeup. A special coloring pigment is introduced into the epidermis and the upper layer of the dermis, which remains for a long time. This significantly reduces the time required to apply cosmetics and create the perfect makeup. The technique is almost identical to tattoos, but the pigment does not stay forever.

Conclusion

According to our estimates, this trend will be in the next 1-2 years. Maybe some new methods will appear, and the old ones will disappear completely.
